Accessibility statement

Last updated: August 2026

I place great importance on providing equal service to all customers and visitors and on improving the service provided to customers and visitors with disabilities. I therefore invest substantial resources in making the site more accessible for people with disabilities.

Website accessibility

Making the site accessible is intended to make it more available, friendly, and convenient for people with special needs, arising among other things from various motor disabilities, cognitive impairments, nearsightedness, blindness or color blindness, hearing impairments, as well as senior citizens.

I strive for the site to meet the requirements of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments) 5773 - 2013, at the required standard level. I also apply the recommendations of the WCAG document (version 2.1 and above) by the W3C.

Fixes and adjustments made

It’s important to note that despite my efforts to make all pages accessible, and despite my ongoing work to improve the site’s accessibility, parts or capabilities may be found that were not properly made accessible or have not yet been addressed.

If you’ve encountered an accessibility issue on the site, I’d be glad if you wrote to me directly as the accessibility coordinator, by email. So I can address the issue in the best way, I strongly recommend including as many details as possible:

I will do everything I can to make the site optimally accessible and to answer inquiries as professionally and quickly as possible.

Accessibility of the interactive assessment tool

The site includes an interactive assessment tool based on a 3D model of the human body. Since a 3D model inherently relies on vision and pointer use, I’ve provided full accessible alternatives: on the knowledge center page, below the model, there is a list of text buttons for all body areas, allowing access to all content without using the model; The guided assessment questions themselves are presented as standard text buttons operable by keyboard; and the assessment results are presented as text readable by screen readers. The tool operates in three modes (guided assessment, function-based check, and information library), and switching between them is done via standard buttons operable by keyboard - as are the steps of the function-based check, which are all based on text buttons. In addition, the Self-Check Center page is built from standard buttons and text, and its instructions and results are presented as readable text. Some of the self-check tools involve physically performing a movement or stance; if any limitation prevents you from performing them, please contact me and I’ll suggest an alternative way to assess your function. If you’ve had any difficulty using the tools, please contact me as the accessibility coordinator and I’ll arrange a suitable alternative.
