I respect the privacy of the site’s users and am committed to protecting the personal information provided to me. The purpose of this privacy policy is to explain how information is collected on the site, how it is used, and what your rights are regarding it.

When making contact by phone call, email, or WhatsApp, you may provide details such as:

This information is collected using statistical analysis tools and is not used to personally identify the user.
Purposes of using the information

Google analytics

Making contact via WhatsApp
The site includes an option to make contact via WhatsApp. Clicking this link will take the user to the WhatsApp service, which is subject to WhatsApp’s privacy policy. Any information provided in the correspondence will be handled according to the service’s terms of use and privacy policy.
The interactive tools: the assessment tool and the Self-Check Center
The site includes an interactive assessment tool that operates in three modes (guided assessment, function-based check, and information library), including short optional movement tests offered in some paths, as well as a "Self-Check Center" page with additional self-check tools (such as a balance test, sit-to-stand test, ankle mobility test, and a return-to-sport questionnaire). In these tools you can answer questions about the pain’s location, intensity, daily function, and accompanying signs, or enter results of tests you performed yourself. It’s important to me that you know exactly what happens with this information:
Processing in your browser only. All your answers and results, across all tools and modes, are processed in your browser. They are not sent to the site’s servers, not stored in a database, and not linked to your identity.
Anonymous usage data. Subject to your consent to analytics cookies, anonymous usage events are collected (such as the body area chosen, the tool or mode used, progress through the steps, the pain level reported, and the match result) via Google Analytics, solely to improve the tool. This data contains no identifying details.
Sending via WhatsApp - only at your initiative. At the end of an assessment or check, a WhatsApp contact button is offered, which creates a draft message for you containing the result summary (such as the area or activity, pain intensity or limitation level, and the direction that emerged). The message is sent only if you choose to send it from the WhatsApp app, at which point it is subject to the terms of service of WhatsApp.
The "call me back" form - only at your initiative. At the end of some paths, you may leave your name and phone number so that I can call you back. If you choose to do so, your name, phone number, and a short summary of the assessment result are sent to me via the form service of the site’s hosting provider (Netlify), which acts as a service provider for the site. This information is used solely to return your call, is not used for mailing lists, is not shared with anyone else, and is kept only for as long as needed to handle your request.
Links to external sites
The site may include links to websites or social networks, including TikTok and other services. Use of these sites is subject to their own privacy policies, and the site owner bears no responsibility for their content or privacy policies.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses two types of data storage in your browser:
Essential for site operation - Always stored, without requiring consent, because the site cannot function properly without it: remembering your cookie choice (so the notice isn’t shown on every visit), and saving accessibility preferences you selected (such as larger text or high contrast).
Analytics (Google Analytics) - Cookies that help me understand how users browse the site. These are loaded only after you’ve approved it in the cookie notice shown on your first visit to the site. If you click "Decline", analytics cookies will not be loaded at all.
You can change your choice at any time through your browser settings, which allow blocking or deleting cookies - but doing so may impair some of the site’s functionality.
Data storage and security
The site owner takes reasonable, accepted security measures to protect the information in his possession. That said, absolute security cannot be guaranteed, so no commitment can be made that the systems will be completely immune to unauthorized access.
Transfer of information to third parties
Personal information will not be sold, rented, or transferred to third parties, except in the following cases:
- When required by law or by order of a competent authority
- For operating the site via service providers such as hosting, security, or data analysis services
