Making contact via WhatsApp
The site includes an option to make contact via WhatsApp. Clicking this link will take the user to the WhatsApp service, which is subject to WhatsApp’s privacy policy. Any information provided in the correspondence will be handled according to the service’s terms of use and privacy policy.
The interactive assessment tool (guided assessment)
The site includes an interactive assessment tool where you can answer questions about the pain’s location, intensity, how it appeared, and accompanying signs. It’s important to me that you know exactly what happens with this information:
Processing in your browser only. All your answers are processed in your browser. They are not sent to the site’s servers, not stored in a database, and not linked to your identity.
Anonymous usage data. Subject to your consent to analytics cookies, anonymous usage events are collected (such as the body area chosen, progress through the steps, the pain level reported, and the match result) via Google Analytics, solely to improve the tool. This data contains no identifying details.
Sending via WhatsApp - only at your initiative. At the end of the assessment, a WhatsApp contact button is offered, which creates a draft message for you containing the assessment summary (area, pain intensity, and the pattern that emerged). The message is sent only if you choose to send it from the WhatsApp app, at which point it is subject to the terms of service of WhatsApp.
Links to external sites
The site may include links to websites or social networks, including TikTok and other services. Use of these sites is subject to their own privacy policies, and the site owner bears no responsibility for their content or privacy policies.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses two types of data storage in your browser:
Essential for site operation - Always stored, without requiring consent, because the site cannot function properly without it: remembering your cookie choice (so the notice isn’t shown on every visit), and saving accessibility preferences you selected (such as larger text or high contrast).
Analytics (Google Analytics) - Cookies that help me understand how users browse the site. These are loaded only after you’ve approved it in the cookie notice shown on your first visit to the site. If you click "Decline", analytics cookies will not be loaded at all.
